I bought the bottom anklet 5 years ago and wear it pretty much 24/7 in the summer months, even when swimming and boating. I forgot to take it off before a work out class a couple of weeks ago and it broke. I'm from out of state so I emailed them. They said to return it with $4 for shipping and they would repair it and mail it back to me. The process was hassle free and I received it back within a week. On another note, I was back to Key West in April and asked which anklet would go with the one I already had. He took the time to look at his inventory and suggest the top anklet which I immediately purchased. I love both of them and get compliments on a regular basis.
